Latest NY fashion week hosted for the second year in a row the Indonesian Diversity Showcase, by inviting three top selected Indonesian designers to show in one of the leading fashion capital, the beauty and the inspiration of their collections. Debuting in 2016, Vivi Zubei took again the scene this year, with a color powerful collection inspired by Moroccan vibes. Vivi , born in Indonesia, started her fashion design carrer in 2011 , with the aim to conceive a fashion collection cater to modest women and with the ambitious goal to empower the work of artisans in her region.
This year she focus on brand’s monogram. Long silk scarves with her brand , became the must to have accessory for the the next SS19 season, accompanied by a color palette that finds its roots in the architecture of Marrakech. For this season Vivi Zubedi reinvented the Abaya designed for the modern Muslim women, by dreaming the textile , the scents and the taste you can feel while walking down the streets of Marrakech. The shimmering yellow of the hot sun is reproduced in the continuum , from head to toe, while marking the imprinting of her logo. An innovative reversible abaya, with a double heart: mustard yellow or black, mint or flowers, bejeweled by a long silk scarf, marked the colors to wear for the next Spring. But not only the sun and hues of earth, also blossoming flowers make companion along the Moroccan silhouettes . Vivi Zubedi created a cross-cultural dressing, where the Indonesian flavors are in a round about trip from Bali to Marrakech.

VIVI ZUBEDI ready to wear marked also another step in the modest fashion global market. Started 7 years ago, the fashion designer succeeded in introducing her Modest collection in globally renowned platforms such as NY fashion week, by fostering the Indonesian culture and manufacturing richness.Vivi Zubedi is also a pioneer in the Modest fashion industry , by introducing for this occasion the brand new concept of “see-now-buy-now” system. Her main object has always been to bring Indonesia market at a global level and fashion industry can turn to be one of the leading sector in this.
